King Nagarjuna and Tamil Star Hero Karthi's ‘Oopiri’ is all set for a grand release on March, 25th. The movie is the official re-make of a French Film, ‘The Untouchables’. We are said that director Vamsi Paidipalli has come up with the sequel to this project. The sequel project story line however is Vamsi's idea.
Potluri Vara Prasad, the producer of ‘Oopiri’ was reportedly very impressed with the storyline of the sequel. But the project will only happen depending on the result of ‘Oopiri’ at the box-office. PVP had announced that a whopping Rs.60 Crore is spent for the making of ‘Oopiri’ and its Tamil version ‘Thozha’.
Music director Gopi Sundar completed the re-recording of the film. On the other side, Nagarjuna finished his dubbing for the film while Tamannah and Karthi started their dubbing the other day. The Tamil version will also release on the same day and the makers have made elaborate arrangements for a wide release.
