An Iranian lady doctor named Fatemi has filed a police complaint on Venu and his wife alleging that the couple after harassing her by not returning her advance amount which she gave them while taking their house on rent. Venu rented his Banjara Hills flat for a monthly rent of Rs. 29,300.
Fatemi had paid Rs. 88,000 towards the advance 7 months ago. Fatemi recently told Venu that she will vacate the house on the 8th of this month. However, Venu told her that the house's floor had cracks and that he won't return the advance amount until she gets the flooring repaired. The doctor then approached the police. The cop's are investigating the matter.
