During the promotional activities of upcoming multistarrer movie “Oopiri”, King Nagarjuna revealed that Young Tiger Jr. NTR was the first choice of Oopiri but he walked out from the project because of few reasons. Earlier makers considered Tarak for the role of Karthi when Oopiri was in scripting stages. He stated that NTR is one of the person who gained stardom before entering into 30 years of age. Very less people in film industry became popular before 30 age. Other actors like Mahesh Babu, Prabhas and Pawan Kalyan obtained stardom after 30 years of the age. Currently Nagarjuna is waiting for the release of his upcoming movie “Oopiri” which is set to hit the theaters on 25th March. On the other side, Nagarjuna is planning to remake ‘Gundamma Katha’ with NTR and Naga Chaitanya.
